Tuberculosis was the cause of death. The widow, formerly Miss Candis Stoup, and a 13-year-old daughter survive.
The family moved from here to Toldeo, Ohio, several years ago, and Mr. Cox went to Colorado six months ago when his health failed. His eary life was spent in this city and he was employed by the Veedersburg Brick Company.
