  	Theodore J. "Bud" Plouse Sr. passed away peacefully April 21, 2005. Born Feb. 20, 1924, to the late David and Amelia Plouse, in Akron, Ohio, at age 18 he was inducted into the U.S. Army. He served in Europe during World War II with the 87th Division 345th Infantry Regiment. Upon discharge, he began a career with Goodyear until he retired 44 years later. He was a hard worker and took pride in his family. He felt this was his greatest legacy. Preceded in death by wife, Bernadean; sister, Dora Dickson; and best friend, Howard Paulus, he is survived by devoted wife, Helen Beard Plouse, and sister, Margaret Williams. In addition, he is survived by children, David (Linda) Plouse, Treva (Brad) Bennett, Theodore (Lou Ann) Plouse Jr., Karla (John) Cirino, Becky (John) Shull, and Tim Plouse; stepchildren, Luanne Eddy, Michael (Trudy) Beard, Timothy (Peggy) Beard, Peggy (Max) Coates, and William (Tracy) Beard; 38 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, at St. Martha Catholic Church, E. Tallmadge Ave., Akron. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
