She was active in her church and for years, was a precinct worker during elections. She was preceded in death by: her parents, Charles Frederick and Dale Augusta Messimore; and husband, Avery Howard Coburn. She is survived by: her sister and brother-in-law, Madge and Ernest Lunger; daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Chuck Spellman; son, Larry D. Coburn; 2 grandchildren, Kerri Cloud and Mark Donathan; 3 great-grandchildren, Tyler Meier, Jared Cloud and Tierney Donathan. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Victorian Residential Care Home, 1533 S. 68th E. Ave., Tulsa, OK 74112 and New Frontier Hospice, 1831 E. 71st St., Tulsa, OK 74146.
