Marvin served in the U.S. Marine Corps. during the Korean War and retired from Meredith Publishing & Printing (RR Donnelly) after many years of service. Marvin is survived by his wife, Juanita; daughters, Rozann Lage and Michele Fritz; step-daughter, Kim (Jerry) Burrows; step-son, Kenyon Peck; brother, Donald (Beverly) Sheets; sister, Margaret Aschan; eight grandchildren, Lisa, Natalie, Amy, Mike, Dan, Kate, Cory, and Tony; and fifteen great-grandchildren, Devin, Brandon, Isaac, Jack, Joseph, Abraham, Kasper, Peyton, Araley, Will, Nick, Gage, Jason, Shirah, and Damien. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Paul Wyckoff, Griffith, and Duane Sheets. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 18, 2012, with a funeral service at 1 p.m., at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, followed by burial at Colfax Cemetery.
