She was born on April 17, 1943 to the late Elmer R. and Frances Worthington Dixon. She was also preceded in death by her brother, William Ray Dixon. Nonie was a member of the Women of the Moose Lodge 966.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 45 years, Allen Ray Richardson; children, Tami Davis (David) and Walter Hudson, Jr.; grandchildren, Erica, Brian, and Allen; and great grandchildren, Madalyn, Xander, Silas, Oliver, and Lucy Mae is on the way.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1 PM on Friday, September 27, 2019 at the Sturtevant Funeral Home Portsmouth Blvd Chapel. Entombment will be held at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.
