  Because he identifies himself as 'Irving NMN Trullinger' on his WWII DRC and because he is also identified as 'Irving Trullinger' and stated as having 'None' regarding a middle name on his death certificate, it seems to serve as positive evident that his full birth name was simply 'Irving Trullinger' and not 'Washington Irving Trullinger'. Therefore, he is identified herein as Irving Trullinger unless and until substantial evidence surfaces to prove otherwise. His birth name is Washington Irving Trullinger according to his grandson, Paul Eugene Trullinger on 24 Nov 2021. Paul also said he had two nicknames, "Wash" and "Irv". He went by his middle name of Irving and nickname, "Irv" per his granddaughter, Ardeth Ruth Trullinger 19 Mar 2012.
