    • Henry Strickland was a teamster. Not of the now AFL-CIO variety, but,one who had a team of horses and hauled goods from place to place. Heappears on the 1880 Kansas census, occupation listed as a "servant"-suspect he was a "hired hand", doing odd jobs for his employer. Hemoved around between Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri.
