  	Arizona Republican January 08, 1893 Rachell Mariah Drollinger Packard WANTED TO BE UNMARRIED. Mrs. Rachael Packard Discovers That She Is Wife No. 2. Mrs. Rachael M. Packard prays the district court to annul a marriage contract into which she entered with W. A. Packard in this city on January 25 of last year. The case is rather extraordinary in that the petitioner knew little of the antecedents of the respondent and it appears that she also knows very little of his subsequent movements. Within less than three months after their marriage Mrs. Packard was deserted by her husband who was last heard of at Bronaugh, Vernon county, Mo. Mrs. Packard has also since learned that at the time of her marriage, her husband had (been) living in Missouri (with) another wife, one, Cora Packard, from whom he was not divorced and was therefore unable to contract a marriage.
