  CAYUGA, IN. - Virgil Larry Lamb, 62, of Cayuga, IN., passed away (May 10, 2002) at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis due to injuries sustained from an automobile accident. Larry was born in Clinton, Ind., on Jan. 22, 1940, the son of Virgil Leroy and Betty Jane (Kinderman) Lamb. He was employed at the Hamilton Center in Terre Haute, Ind. He enjoyed horseback riding, gardening, woodworking and raising flowers in his greenhouse. He married Rhonda Hershberger on Dec. 19,1959, in Sterling, Ind. She survives. Other survivors include two sons, Greg (Jenny) Lamb of Hillsboro, Ind., and Melvin (Loretta) Lamb of Veedersburg, Ind.; his mother Betty Jane Delp of Cayuga, Ind.; two granddaughters, Nicole Lamb of Hillsboro, Ind., and Cassandra Lamb of Veedersburg, Ind.; two grandsons, Samuel Lamb of Veedersburg, Ind., and Bill Davis, of Hillsboro, Ind.; one great-grandson, Cory Davis of Attica, Ind.; one brother, Randy (Ann) Lamb of Cayuga, Ind.; and one sister, Brenda, (Stan) Smith of Williamsport, Ind. He was preceded in death by his father and one sister, Joyce Moffett. Funeral services were held at DeVerter Brothers Funeral Home in Cayuga, Ind., with the Rev. Richard Wright and Rev.
