Will of Henry Trollinger
In the name of God Amen. I Henry Trollinger of the County of Alamance and state of North Carolina being of sound mind and bequest this my last will and testiment.
In the first place it is my will and desire that my just debts be paid out of the first money that comes into the hands of my executor to be here in after named.
In the second place it is my will and desire that the whole of my estate both real and personal be placed into the hands and (illegible) of my son in law Benjamin McAdams in trust for the benefit of my two daughters Barbara and Artelia F. Trollinger their natural and single life. Should either or both of my daughters marry then their interest in this my last will ceases. At their death or marriage all of my estate that may be found in their possession of my daughters directly or indirectly I will it to my grand daughter Catherine M. Trollinger and heirs of her body. If my son in law Benjamin McAdams in whose hands I place my property in trust for the benefit of my daughters and grand daughter should think proper to sell my late residence and interest the proceeds otherwise for their benefit. I will and bequeath unto him the sole power to make and confirm right and title in for (illegible) to the person who will give the most money for my bonded estated, provided my two daughter consent in the sale.
In the third place I constitute my son in law Benjamin McAdams the sole executor to this my last will and testament revoking and making void former wills and making this my last will and testament.
I testamony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty third day of February 1874.
