When one makes a careful examination of his weathered headstone, it appears to state, he "Died July [20 or 24 or 29 or ?] of 1853". Jonathan and Lorinda were married either 1852 or 1853, a date that would correlate with death date of 1853 for Rush.
Perhaps someone can contact the Hamilton Church Cemetery to see what information they may have regarding Rush, especially his birth and death dates and kindly pass on whatever they discover to us here at Drollingergenealogy.com

Note: As of Aug 2024 Findagrave.com has Rush J. Druliner incorrectly listed as the son of John W. Druliner and his wife, Lydia nee Sweetland. Even though there are similarities, they are not his true parents. His true parents are Jonathan Druliner and Lorinda nee Rush.
His middle name may well be John or Jonathan after his father and his father's father.
