Friday, January 27, at the home of her daughters, Misses Minnie and Mary Trullinger, at McMinnville. aged 62 years, 7 months and 12 days. She had been ill for a long time. Deceased was born at Parkersville, Marion county, June 15th, 1859, the daughter of Joseph and Mary Groshong. Her father is still living. She passed her girlhood days at Parkersville and married Jasper Trullinger at her home there in 1877. They lived in the Molalla country four years, then went into the mountains above Wilhoit for the benefit of Mr. Trullinger health. They afterward returned to their Molalla homestead, where they lived nine more years. They moved to Woodburn twelve years ago, having recently gone to their daughters' at McMinnville, here Mrs. Trullinger was receiving treatment. Surviving her are her father, her husband, five children-- Mrs. J. D. Rainey of Lents, Oregon; R. A. Trullinger, rural mail carrier on route 2 out of Woodburn; Minnie E. Trullinger, McMinnville; R. H. Trullinger, postal clerk at Oregon City; Mary F. Trullinger, McMinnville; -- grandchildren and a large number of other relatives. She joined the Free Methodist Church 35 years ago and was one of the leading factors in building up the church in this locality, being one of the charter members in this circuit. She was a devoted wife and mother, a good neighbor, and very largely esteemed by a large circle of friends. Mrs Trullinger had more relatives through out the state of Oregon than any person in Woodburn.
The funeral was held Sunday afternoon, services being held at the Free Methodist Church at 1 o'clock, Rev B. F. Smalley officiating. There were 50 relatives and many friends in attendance. Interment was at Belle Passic cemetery.

Methodist church at Woodburn yesterday. Mrs. Trullinger was born near Gervais, June 15, 1859, and was the daughter of Joseph and
Mary Groshong, early Oregon pioneers, who arrived in Oregon City from across the plains in 1848. She is survived by her husband,
Jasper Trullinger of Woodburn, and five children, Mrs. Ada Rainey of Lents, R. A. Trullinger of Woodburn, Misses Minnie and Mary
Trullinger of McMinnville and R. H. Trullinger of Oregon City.
