- Dale Herbert Orndoff, age 74, of Lost Bridge Village, died July 18, 2011, at his home.
He was born in Wichita, Kansas, on November 9, 1936, to the late Herbert and Velma (Moran) Orndoff.
Dale was a huge fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks and was a member of Cross Church in Springdale, where he was active in the "Been There, Done That" Connection Group. He enjoyed being at the lake, cooking bar-b-que, and being a grandfather.
Survivors include his wife, Johnese Orndoff of the home; children, Keith Orndoff of Houston, Texas, Kelvin Orndoff of Wichita, Kansas, Theresa Mosier of Springdale, Lisa Talley of Abilene, Texas; brother, Gary Orndoff of Parker, Colorado; sisters, Dorothy McGaugh of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, JoAnn Edwards of Clarence, Missouri, Pat Lynch of Mesa, Arizona; sisters-in-law Therasa Gray of Springdale, Annette Baird of Blanchard, Oklahoma; and grandchildren Reece Orndoff and Franci Mosier.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Sharon Orndoff, and two brothers, Max and Paul Orndoff.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday in the Rollins Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Charlie Foster. Interment will follow in Ruddick Cemetery near Garfield.
