Tate and wife to Allison & Addison, dated February lbtnloa, registered in .Book uu, pages 391, etc., in the office of the Register of Deeds for Richmond county, the under signed, as the assignee of said mortgage and the holder ot the notes thereby secured, (which said notes and mortgage were as signed and transferred to the undersigned by a written assignment from said Allmon & Addison, dated April 22nd, 1S84,) will, on Saturday, the 5th day of May, 1SSS, at 12 o clock m., at the court house door jn Rockingham, sell at public auction to the highest bidder, the tract ot land containing TweWe Hundred-and Fiftv (1250) Acres, described in said mortgage, .lying in Rich mond county, adjoining the lands ot .Nancy E. Trollinger. Buchanan, Lytcb, McMillan, D. F. G. Montgomery, Cameron and others, set forth by proper metes and bounds in said mortgage and the record of its registration, to which reference i3 made for particulars. Terms of ale One third cash, and balance payable December 1st, 1888, with in terest thereon fromday of sale at eight per cent, per annum.
