She was born March 5, 1933 in Covington, IN, to the late Richard and Sarah (Drollinger) Bowers. Inez attended Arsenal Technical High School where she met her husband of 56 years, the late Robert (Bob) Shuck. Shortly after their marriage, they owned and operated Standard Television Sales and Service for over 30 years. In addition to being active in the Indiana Historical Radio Society, Inez was an avid sports fan. Inez is survived by her children, Michael Shuck, Pattie (John) Adams and Sarah (Bryan) Courtney; grandchildren, Annie (Matt) Hamilton, Lisa Adams, Natalie Shuck and Owen Courtney; and sister-in-law, Mara Drew Beck. In addition to her parents and husband, Inez was preceded in death by her siblings, Richard Bowers, Carolyn Lemon, Herman Bowers, Sanford Bowers and Joseph Bowers; daughter-in-law, Brenda Shuck; and granddaughter, Diana Drew Courtney. Visitation will be held Saturday, June 20, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until 12 noon at Shirley Brothers Fishers-Castleton Chapel, 9900 Allisonville Road with funeral services starting at 12. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 64 years, Shirley (Johnston) Bowers; and beloved daughter, Penny Jo Bowers. Sanford was also preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Richard Bowers, Carolyn Lemon, Joseph Bowers and Herman Bowers. Private services will be held with Flanner Buchanan - Washington Park East with entombment immediately following in Washington Park East Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society. Her family wishes to invite all Dorothy?s friends for a celebration of life at her home, 182 Crocker Ave. Big Pine, immediately following the service. Born in Elbert, Colo. on May 27, 1930, Dorothy died Jan. 24, 2007 peacefully at her home. She was 76. Dorothy and her husband Don moved to Big Pine in 1979 and throughout the following years, they enjoyed many RV trips with their dear friends. Dorothy held a very close relationship with her five children and family, always being available with kin, patient words of advice and a loving smile and hugs. She enjoyed staying in contact with the folks she grew up with and was a friend to everyone she met. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Don and son, Ron. She is survived by her son, Steve Trullinger, and daughter, Donna Trullinger, both of Big Pine; son and daughter-in-law Rick and Julie Trullinger and their children Kelly, Jazmin and Justin of Hot Springs Hatchery; son, Doran Trullinger of Huntington Beach and his children, Rachel and Sarah; niece and nephew-in-law, Linda and Steve Rogers and children Stephan and Summer of Bishop; grandson, Michael Trullinger and wife Kendra and great-granddaughter Aven of Long Beach; and cousin Ed Dietrich and wife Susie of Chatsworth.
